Q. How do I book a court at Platform Padel?

A. All bookings are made through the Playtomic App. See the ''Booking & Pricing" section for more information and dont hesitate to contact us if you have any issues!

Q. How do I access the facility at Platform Padel?

A. An entry code system will generate a unique code when you book your slot. This code can be found in your booking confirmation with Playtomic and in the Playtomic app. Simply enter the code into the keypad when you get to Platform Padel and the door will be unlocked. Your code will be live for 15 minutes before the start of your booking and for 15 minutes after your booking.

Q. Are Rackets and Balls provided?

A. Rackets are left hung up on the coat hooks by the court side bench, and balls are left for your use free of charge. We cannot guarantee the condition of the balls all the time so bring your own to ensure you have fresh balls for your match. We ask all players to respect the equipment and facility and to return the rackets to the hooks and the balls to the bucket at the end of their game.

Q. Are there shower , toilet and changing facilities on site?​​

A. Yes, we have just completed building our brand new facilities. Toilets and changing rooms can be found on the left hand side as you enter the building, at the ground floor level. Our shower area is on the second floor of the same unit - head up the stairs and the shower is at the back of the viewing platform.​​​

Q. Is there a space to wait or for spectators?

A. There is a ground floor seating area and a second floor viewing platform for you to relax​

Q. What area do you serve?

A. While we are based in Alnwick, we are close to Morpeth, Berwick, Seahouses, Amble and Rothbury. We are also not too far from Ponteland, Cramlington and Newcastle, making us a perfect stop on a trip to north Northumberland from these places.​
